Yes, my tummy is growling and I just ran out of Marshmallows and licorice. I try NOT to keep sweets handy. I’m trying to watch my figure but all I seem to do is watch it fluctuate, up and down and up and up. *sighs*
I must try to ignore the online availability of snack food ordering. The necessity of going to the shop for it helps curb my binging, from time to time. Still, Christmas is coming up… *searches for good excuses*

Sorry to bring such temptation! *Giggles*
Actually, I don’t eat processed sugar. I don’t eat meat either but that’s a whole other story!
Yeah, Christmas is coming up ;0) I guess I’d have to say if I was going to splurge it would be for chocolate with nuts–something like rocky road!

Darn it… did you place a subliminal message in there somewhere? I couldn’t resist reaching in my desk drawer to pull out a Hersey’s kiss. OK, I confess… make that two. Now I must stop eating them or I’ll gain back the 5lbs. I just recently lost.

Michele,
What a great job you’ve done with this one. Yes, I love chocolate. Can I eat it? Only if it is sugar free and then only in very small amounts. However, you did give me the yearning for a little bite. LOL
These look like great gifts for people on my list. Thanks for sharing and thanks also for commenting on my Fairy Kisses poem.
Blessings for a great day.

Guilty!
I eat processed sugar and to be honest, I enjoy it!
But — I don’t eat so much of it anymore. I try to control myself and buy health food bars (grains) and stick to natural foods like fruit, nuts, and raw vegetables.
Meat — I eat very little, preferring fish and poultry (turkey and duck).
I saw this episode of Oprah a few years back, this colon doc was on there and he was explaining the effects of meat on the digestive system. He said red meat is full of protein, but that it is hard to digest – indeed it virtually ‘rots’ before it can be digested. That was gross.
Considering, a little Reece’s Bar every now and then can’t be as bad as red meat.:)

Glad you enjoyed my snack post ;0)
You’re right, meat it horrific on our bodies. I agree, a little Reeses is probably much better!
Thanks for stopping by, Deborah. I always enjoy your visits and your thoughtful comments.
Smiles,
Michele
