Wow, am I ever overwhelmed! I’m swimming in a sea of books too excited to even choose which one I want to read first.
Of course, I’ve browsed through this one and that, but haven’t accomplished any major reading as of yet. I’m in awe that they arrived so quickly. That’s amazing! Especially to an impatient kind of gal who was waiting on pins and needles! Well, with one exception: Feminine Wiles hasn’t arrived yet, but that’s ok. It should be here soon.
I feel a lot more confident with my future travels over to WordPress since I have WordPress for Dummies to refer to. I can breathe a sweet sigh of relief and know it’s right there for me to grab when I need it.
I guess you know what I’m up to this weekend.
So, what do you plan to do with yours? Are you aching, stiff and exhausted trying to meet a deadline? Have you taken the weekend off to enjoy with your friends or family? Come on, jump into the comments and share!

I get overwhelmed when I have too much to read too. I want to read them all, but I want to absorb them all. I have to force myself to take it one at a time. Like today, I got 6 or 7 magazines at the library and as much as I would like to skim them all, I can’t.
One by one…one by one…lol. Good luck with everything you do this weekend. You’re a star.

A star? I’m blushing so bad right now! Thanks for the compliment, April!
Yeah, it’s soooooooo hard to wrap your mind around just ONE book or magazine or even blog or Website and read just that one, isn’t it?
Good luck with all you do, too, girl! You’re quite the star yourself.
Smiles,
Michele

Aching, stiff and exhausted trying to meet a deadline sums it up for me this weekend, I’m afraid…
I wish I had all those books though (they look so good all piled up together). Good luck with reading them, and I hope you find what you’re looking for in them!

How’s the reading coming? Curling up with a good book…or two or three??

Hooray! There are few things more exciting for me (and it sounds like you, too) than the purchase of a new book (or two… or eight…). I hope you find they’re all as good as you expect!
I recently hit paydirt at a local discount store and bought 6 new paperbacks for $1 a piece. I feel your pain of determining which to read first!

Hi Michele,
I’m late as usual. I’ve got a couple of articles to get to before this next weekend.
Smiling right back at you,

Hi Catherine,
Welcome to Writing the Cyber Highway community! I’m so glad you stopped by and jumped in the conversation!
Aw, perhaps your week is going better than your weekend did? I sure hope so!
Yes, I wish you had these books, too. They are awesome! I’m trying to finish Query Letters that Rock but haven’t had enough time to wade all the way through it. I couldn’t decide which to read first so I just went with that one. It’s a great start!
I wouldn’t have been able to get them all if I hadn’t won the $100 Amazon Gift Certificate. I’m so blessed that I won! Yes, I’m already learning so much from the Query book, it’s amazing!
Smiles,
Michele

Hi Mary,
I’m reading Query Letters that Rock first but haven’t finished it yet. Yes, I did have a pretty leisurely weekend.
Take care!

Hooray! is right, Janna! I looooooooooooooove new (or used) books. I dream of bookshelves that go all the way to the ceiling!
I am sooooooo happy with my book choices! I don’t think I could have picked better ones.
$1 a piece?! Wow, you go girl! Like I told the others, I finally decided to dig into Query Letters that Rock. It’s a great book!

Hi Tina,
Hopefully life will let us slow down a little soon, eh? I’m behind on all my blog reading, posting, the whole nine yards! ha! How’s that?
Terrible, I know.
Hope you drop by again soon!
Smiles,
Michele

Congratulations, Michele!
Hope you enjoy all those wonderful books! (I know you will!)
Sorry I haven’t been by lately. I’m one of those who has been working super hard to meet my deadlines. No weekend off for me–at least not this weekend!
Happy reading!

Thanks, Jeanne! I am loving these books and am very pleased with the choices I made!
Don’t worry about your absence on the cyber highway, I’ve been quite busy myself and haven’t been visiting my favorite blogs as much as I’d like to lately.
Take care!
Smiles,
Michele
