The problem with that is they can be abused by anyone knowing the user name associated with the account and are able to answer the security question associated with it. I've known several people who had their free accounts hacked. I have several email accounts so can always follow up with my clients/customers if one isn't working. Additionally they have numerous ways to contact me also.
